Jill has spent most of her career in health policy, government affairs, and Medicaid managed care. Before joining IAMHP, she was a consultant for both Sellers Dorsey, a national Medicaid consulting firm as well as her own Illinois based company, the Medicaid Policy Network, where she provided technical expertise to various stakeholders with an interest in Medicaid policy and innovative approaches to meeting health related social needs.
Previously, Jill served in a number of Government Affairs and Public Policy roles with several Medicaid health plans, including Meridian Health Plan in Illinois, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois and Cigna HealthSpring. She also worked in various roles in state government and served as Vice President of Governmental Affairs for the Illinois Primary Health Care Association.
Jill earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Southern Illinois University and her Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois.
Misty has diverse experience in pension administration, criminal justice, real estate, and business ownership.
She began her work with IAMHP in 2014 as an independent contractor bringing with her an extensive background in business administration, management, and marketing. In her role as Executive Assistant, she works hand in hand with our CEO maximizing IAMHP's reach through her exceptional leadership and communication skills. She is responsible for implementing internal organizational systems and procedures to enhance the overall operations and efficiency of IAMHP to ensure the success of our organization.
She continues to work day-to-day coordinating and communicating with IAMHP staff, vendors, health plans, Trusted Partners, providers, and legislators while handling an array of tasks including accounting, human resource & employee relation matters, oversight of social media, scheduling and coordination of webinars, meetings and special events, travel, general office management and every aspect of our website administration.
Rachel has a diverse background in public health and policy, medical respite care, housing, maternal health and reproductive justice. She leverages this broad experience to lead IAMHP's work related to member relations, special initiatives, and operations.
Prior to joining IAMHP, Rachel served as a Senior Program Manager at the Illinois Public Health Institute where she provided project management, thought leadership and policy development support for several projects, most notably the Illinois Medical Respite Capacity Building Initiative. She also has direct client service experience, as she developed the Prenatal Case Management Program for Howard Brown Health, led their implementation of the Centering Pregnancy service line, and served as a full spectrum doula.
Rachel earned her Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Environmental Studies from Tufts University.
Dave serves as the Association’s primary liaison to state government entities and legislators on issues impacting the Medicaid managed care industry in Illinois. He also leads IAMHP’s Legislative Committee and supports its work to achieve the Association’s goals in a bipartisan environment.
Before joining IAMHP, Dave spent 10 years in government relations at Molina Healthcare of Illinois. He previously guided advocacy efforts for AARP and held roles in state government, including at the Department on Aging and at the Governor’s office, in what is now called the Office of Management and Budget.
